If you become a customer or client then as part of our contract to provide you with our services or products we will process your data for reasons of invoicing and payment and any legal obligations surrounding this such as for tax purposes.

What sort of Information do we collect about you?

We may collect basic personal data about you which includes, when provided, names, address, email, telephone numbers (including your mobile number) and any other information required in order to provide the services or products to you, or to meet the needs of our engagement.

Why this is collected

We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with information, services or products requested in line with the contract or offering. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you, nor will we collect any financial data without your permission.

What we do with this information

How long we keep it

If you are a customer, we are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (such as name, address, contact details) for a minimum of seven years after you cease to be a customer, for tax purposes, after which time it will be destroyed. Client notes and contracts are stored for a minimum of five years after you cease to be a client for insurance purposes, after which they are destroyed. If you have chosen to be on one of our mailing lists, the personal data we store and use for marketing purposes will be kept until we receive notification from you that you no longer wish to receive this information.

What are your rights?
